Overview
GUYMAN Global respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at copyright.gov, GUYMAN will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the GUYMAN service and/or website.
How to File a Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Identify the Work
Clearly identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
Identify the Material
Identify the material you claim is infringing (URLs are mandatory).
Contact Information
Provide your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Good Faith Statement
Include a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Under the DMCA, a counter-notification must be in writing and include your contact information, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
Repeat Infringer Policy
GUYMAN maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. We will terminate user accounts that are found to repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
